Emergency Exit Light & Sign Inspection

When the power goes out do your emergency and exit lights go on? Do they stay on the required 90-minutes to allow for safe exit from the building? During a power outage is not the time to find out.

Assets Fire Protection offers service, inspection, installation and repairs of all manufacturers’ emergency and exit lighting. Protect your employees and customers from danger by having your emergency and exit lighting serviced on a regular basis.

Annual Inspection & Testing of Emergency/Exit Lighting

Our technician will inspect and test each unit to verify that the battery is being properly charged, we will then discharge the unit, exercising the battery to determine that it will operate for the code required 90-minutes. If the unit is functional, a tag will be affixed indicating the date the unit has been serviced. We will maintain an Emergency Light Inventory List, we will number each unit and maintain the Emergency Light Inspection Report for our records.
